Vrints-Kolsteren was asked to create a new visual identity for the brand Arte, which was formerly called Arternative. Changing the name of the brand to Arte created a clean and recognisable mark that suited the needs of the brand. The development of the atmosphere and visual style of Arte was influenced by the city of Antwerp, keeping in mind the industrial influences of the port and the rich history of fashion that has formed Antwerp over the course of centuries. Next to creating the visual identity, Vrints-Kolsteren has an ongoing collaboration with Arte for print design and other graphic work like showrooms, invitations and so on.
Arte Antwerp Paris Showroom Spring/Summer 2024.
Arte is a premium menswear brand with a contemporary urban edge, based in Antwerp. Arte emerges from the arts and is shaped by them. What once began as a clothing label is gradually evolving into a multidisciplinary creative house. Ever since they started, graphic design and other visual arts have been at the base of their collections.
