Atelier 03, or in short for A03, is a Belgian collective that translates identities into the public space through light, sound and installation arts. The collective differentiates itself by using alternative methods and innovative technology aimed at minimizing time frames and their environmental impact.
In designing their identity, Vrints-Kolsteren opted for a dual form. On the one hand there is the textual logo with a clear legibility and on the other hand a more abstract logo created through a grid. It symbolizes strokes of light in a dark space or a black void. The grid-logo can be stretched out, multiplied and combined in different proportions on every rectangular or square surface which creates a foundation for creative use. By creating this dual formula, the visual identity of Atelier 03 is a framework where both logos can be combined and adapted to every use of the arts.
